Composed in 2018 during Grigol's final bachelor semesters in Cologne, "Two Poems" were originally inspired by Georgian poetry and written for voice and orchestra with translated text. The work was later transcribed for solo violin in collaboration with violinist Anar Bramo. The album features both pieces along with their original demos, recorded with an orchestra of fellow students and close friends.

Composed in 2015 and 2016 during Grigol's early bachelor studies in Georgia and Norway, these works reflect two countries deeply meaningful to him, which also inspired the album's cover art. While "The Black Sea" was performed solely by the composer, the other pieces were presented through a collaborative process, featuring students attending the music academies in Tbilisi and Oslo.
